The date is the receipt date of work being reviewed in the state's published queue. Florida notes online receipt follows processed card payment; mailed check filings use the deposit date. California explicitly says times vary by document type, method and volume. Neither snapshot is a current approval promise. Check the linked state page afresh before making a deadline-dependent plan.
